Zincoheal is used to strengthen the immune system, support wound healing, improve skin health, and prevent or correct deficiencies of zinc and other essential nutrients. It helps the body combat infections, oxidative stress, and inflammation.
Zincoheal is typically taken once daily or as directed by your healthcare provider. Take the tablet with water, preferably after meals to reduce stomach discomfort. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
Inform your doctor if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or taking additional vitamin or mineral supplements. High doses of zinc or antioxidants may cause imbalance of other minerals. Take with food if gastrointestinal discomfort occurs.
Do not use Zincoheal if you have a known hypersensitivity to zinc, vitamin C, or any component of the formulation. Patients with certain metabolic or gastrointestinal disorders should consult a physician before use.
Possible side effects include nausea, stomach upset, diarrhea, metallic taste, and headache. Very high doses may lead to vomiting, mineral imbalance, or dizziness.
Zincoheal may interact with antibiotics (tetracyclines, fluoroquinolones), penicillamine, and supplements containing iron or copper. To ensure proper absorption, take Zincoheal at least 2–3 hours apart from interacting medications.
If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed one. Do not double the dose.
Overdose symptoms may include severe nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, dizziness, or mineral imbalance. Seek immediate medical attention if an overdose occurs.
Store at room temperature away from heat, moisture, and direct sunlight. Keep the tablets in their original packaging and out of reach of children.
